Good recruiters can streamline the process and keep things quiet. Let them know your situation and ideal timeline so they only bring you serious, fast-moving opportunities.
I’ve been in that boat before! It’s tricky to balance job hunting without tipping off your manager. I’d recommend applying quietly and setting aside specific times outside of work to focus on your search like early mornings or weekends. That way, you can stay discreet while still keeping your options open.

Keep going to work and never let on that you're trying to move on !
What has you looking to move? From what I’ve heard and also personally experienced the job market in sales has been extremely competitive as of late.
Résumé’s aren’t enough you basically have to prospect and close recruiters (doing the job to get the job.) I’d look up companies on weekends and schedule interviews on lunch breaks.
If you want to soften the blow I’d work at your company, you can refer me to your manager (kidding but not really depending on what company it is.)
All jokes aside I hope this helps
