I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I heard ACN is like eBay with projects. It’s exhausting to look for projects. Aim for tier 2 firms rather than ACN.

Accenture can be tough, very large organisation. You need a lot of luck coming in, without that you will hate it at Accenture. If you get the Right project and group Accenture will be amazing.
I interviewed with both, for me choosing ACN was an easy decision. Comp. was significantly better and also Accenture is doing much more interesting digital / innovation work with emerging technologies.

I came to Accenture Strategy from B4 and have had an excellent experience. If you get hired into a specific group, staffing is not difficult at all. We pay well, work on interesting projects and are market leaders in the digital space. The people, culture and leadership are wonderful and I was pleasantly surprised. WLB is obviously dependent on project.
You have a HR Partner (formally called TFS) and you have your practice or capability lead that help but it is really up to you to find a role that you love. I would say right now people are getting booked to projects before they start so you probably will have several projects trying to book you.
I personally love Accenture’s culture. Not sure which office you are seeking to be based at, but my office and culture is focused on our people and have plenty of ERGs and Clubs to get our people engaged. Work life balance is a priority but if you have a demanding project it could be a little out of wack for a while, but it it important to keep your HR Partner in the loop if it gets too much or you want to roll off your project.
I found my project when I first started and it has turned into a long term project (3-4 years). I would be happy to chat and refer you. PM me.
I agree with comments here. I moved from KPMG to accenture. In KPMG there is the independence issue with audit and it has national focus for client engagements which is not the case for accenture where you can look for more projects. WLB depends on the project. The pressure much higher in Accenture when being in the bench.
For strategy projects to compare both companies I can't help much because it depends more on where are you based (e.g., accenture UK seems to have more strategy projects than other countries in Europe which have a greater focus on implementations)
What group at KPMG to where at Accenture? I’m in non-Strat at KPMG but want to go into strategy
OP what group are you in at KPMG?
