This company has made a big time chu out of me. I am billable resource for one of the client for past 2 years.. in fact i was the first to join in the account and helped the team grow from me to almost 20 people. But this idiot company only gave me 5per hike including variable. Variable will also be given next year based on performance, so literally they gave me peanuts after putting so much effort. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
