Have been agency side my entire career (10years) and exploring opportunities to make the switch and trying to figure out what truly needs to be considered before a decision is made to stay agency side or go client side. If you’ve made the switch did you enjoy it, regret it, have/will you ever go back to agency side?

Where do I steer my career? I’m an introvert and someone who suffers from PTSD from my time on active duty. Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I’ve been told I would make a great COO someday and I’m ready to take the next step into leadership. Who/what should I be targeting next?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Is job hopping considered a horrible thing for your career? I was at my first job for 2 years and been at my current one for 9 months and I’m looking for a change since it’s not a good fit.

My 2023 media budget was just rejected and I was told I need to cut 20-30%...but our growth goals are 10-15% next year...not sure how upper management thinks we are going to do that without advertising...
