I'm a big advocate of creeping the people interviewing you on LinkedIn to find common ground, see if they list any passion projects you can speak to, etc. I'm client side though so I just have to be able to say words good.
Twitter and Facebook too, try to connect at a personal level.
Second interview means it’s down to you and one other person, maybe 2. If they flew you out, you’re very close and it could be a gut check. It’s time to start acting like you have the job already. Pretend it’s your first day, start actually working: create a plan to make an impact, figure out where the opportunities are, have ideas on how to improve. If you don’t get the job after that, it wasn’t going to be a good fit
Depends on how the first interview went. Easiest distinction I can make is in interview #1, they ask you questions. Interview #2 is a time for you to ask more refined questions, especially since you should have a clearer picture of the agency now.
Shave.
Get a better lawyer. Oh. Not THAT type of interview. I prep and listen to pump up music before i go in. Focus on qs you were asked previously.
