I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

That sounds odd to not hear something, but it seems to be pretty commonplace lately. A lot of people comment that companies just interview them and then ghost them. It seems incredibly rude to talk to someone and then ignore them, but it has become normalized.
I think so too, that's so sad...

I think the problem is we have a cancel culture. If companies provided feedback on your flaws while interviewing, they’d get bashed on social media or even get lawsuits. So they just tell you you’re great and keep it moving.
I get all the logistics, politics and policies about all of this but it would be nice when you have applied everywhere and take the time to to apply for a company, they would take the time to find a way to the ethical and moral and tell you the truth about your application status and why or why not they're going to hire you. In my case I feel I'm overqualified for the positions I apply for and I am 59 years old. But for some reason I get a lot of, " we use your application but at this time we're going another direction" I try to respond to them in a nice way to ask them why and I don't get back. I would love to say to them that it is your loss but I don't want to be unprofessional. If they would only follow up on these kind of questions and work around what they can or cannot say it would make this job searching a lot more comfortable.
That's been my experience. Of the 100 or so applications I have submitted in the last three months, only 25% of the companies have responded, and those responses took up to 12 weeks. It's a tough job market, and employers are receiving dozens of applications for local hires and hundreds for remote positions. Many companies expect you to check their website for application updates, and that's challenging when you have 100 outstanding job applications. Good luck!
I think it's becoming more and more common to be treated like this by prospective employers and it just makes the whole job searching process so much more challenging. I really feel like we are in a nightmare job market, and I hope that the pendulum swings the other direction soon.
Yep, agreed. I think the problem, if any, is that it's become normalized everywhere. Perhaps once it may have been seen as poor taste and thus a danger for the company's own branding. Nowadays, instead, with everyone doing it...
I had what was what I thought was a good interview. I reached out to 5 previous clients who are on the board at this non profit who said they would put in a good word, Nothing. Left a msg for the vp I've had most contact with and politely asked if they were still weighing other competitors or decided I was not the best candidate for the position. Crickets.
If you haven't heard back there could be several reasons only known to the entity. In my opinion the firm should be notifying the candidates that they are interested in pursuing and telling the candidates they are still interested and there is some sort of delay. If they are transparent and sincere they may tell the candidates. Good luck in your search and stay positive
