Anyone here from Tekion? Wanted to know about the company culture and learning opportunities...Also some sneak peak on the average salaries for an SSE... Thanks in advance!
Are any companies honest and just say that “We’re here for the money and so are you. If we want to keep you, we’ll pay you just enough to keep you from leaving if that makes sense for us. Otherwise we’ll fire you or not give you raises/bonuses” Curious because I would rather be at a company that says that than one that lies through their teeth about being a “supportive culture”
Millennials: lazy or simply different priorities? I personally find nothing wrong with a generational culture that encourages work-life balance.
Hello 🐬🐟🐋 I have offer from MAHLE - Pune How is the work culture ? Jon security ? Annual appraisal % ?
Deloitte question. I have always gotten a raise each year, the only question I ask is how much of a raise do I get. But I’m hearing from former Deloitte folks, it is naive to expect annual raises each year however small/big they are? And how does this play in Deloitte consulting vs advisory? Do one tend to withhold annual raises in base salary over the other, or is this just a deloitte culture thing? Looking at exit opportunities all over. So lmk! I’d Rather get a small raise than none at all.
Anyone heard of an agency called taxi? They reached out but I can’t find many people that work there on LinkedIn. Thoughts on the agency/ culture?
Has anyone transitioned from Deloitte to McKinsey as a non-MBA masters? How did you make the transition? How is the culture different? What are the pros/cons?
I have an offer from MBB for the ME. Would have to relocate from North America and am considering the offer. What's culture and work like in the region?

Corporate practice - I leave my job for a top of the market raise - it would be about a 25 percent pay increase. Is it possible to ask for more money before leaving or would that piss people off?
I’m mid-level in my HR career at my current company and an upcoming Master’s graduate. Studying for my SHRM-CP too. How did you make the transition to that next level? What skills do you need, or is it really just based on YOE (I am the youngest compared to my teammates, many who have 10+ YOE)? I feel like career pathing is not very clear at my company. Each time I ask for guidance on this from my manager, I get told they’ll look into it.... would love some external mentorship and thoughts 🙏🏼
Any tips for getting my resume seen at FAANG/major tech companies in the SF Bay Area? I’ve already tried going through as many contacts that I know of in the groups I’m interested in. I’m trying to make a jump from PwC manager (8 YOE) in Cyber, Risk & Reg into a project management or program management role on the business side (bus ops or strategy). My background is in information systems and business IT operations/contracting. Microsoft Facebook Apple Netflix Google Airbnb Salesforce
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
If you made a really good impression with interviewers (know from very specific feedback via the recruiter they liked me quite a bit) for a company and role you want to be considered for in the future, how would you keep the contact warm and stay in consideration for future opportunities?
What shirt do you all wear for zoom interviews? Blouse, button down, etc? Context: for consulting and strategy roles

What route would you take any why? A) Stay at my "Tier 2" Management Consulting firm as a Partner with a good compensation X that is guaranteed and expected to gradually grow, but platou around 2x. B) Have an offer from an MBB firm with ~1.2x guaranteed comp over the next 2 years. After that more of get what you kill. C) Have another offer from "Tier 3" firm that is building management consulting arm with ~1.5x and very strong long-term upside as well. Appreciate your take on pros and cons.
Are there women here that have a significantly larger income than their male partner/ spouse? My husband used to make a little more money 10 years ago when we first met (when we were both making under 60k). Then I started climbing a fast track career ladder and now make a total comp of close to 300k and he is still under 80k... (which is totally fine with me btw). But I have noticed that this has caused a lot of serious issues for our relationship. any advice?
Is it advantageous to quit PA and go back to school and get my MBA? I need guidance fishbowl friends.
Ladies how do you manage your relationship when your spouse holds you to what you promised you would do before you got married but then you realize you can’t do it. I had promised my husband I would fast with him for an entire day on a specific religious holiday, but when I did for the first time I had stomach pains, headache, and nausea. I told him I can’t do it for that long again but he said “we’ll see, you just need to push through”.

Any agencies giving raises right now? We keep hearing the same pandemic-related excuse every week for the raise freeze. I was due for a raise when everything shut down last year, took a pay cut for half the year, and don’t know how much longer I can hold out.
