Thoughts on moving from Big 4 consulting to a boutique/mid market advisory firm? pay bump, promo and more focussed on selling, but not as prestigious as big 4 and not as many resources (team is very small). Concerned about the lack of brand hurting future career prospects.

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting.
