Thoughts on winmo? Useful or crap?

2nd year associate. Whenever I write a memo or a brief, I stress about the amount of time I’m taking to do it. I’ve come to the point where I dread having to do any writing assignment. Is this normal? I can’t even think straight because I’m worried about wasting time and billables.

My confession is that I’m still in work mode and way too formal when I’m looking for my soul mate so I’ll say “ I have a few inquiries…” instead of just being normal and asking questions/chatting 😅🫠. I’ve only been in one relationship my whole life so I’ve forgotten what it’s like to be in this position.

Dealing with an extremely difficult CD. He’s talented, but not good with clients, goes back on agreed on timelines, can be rude and disrespectful. We had a major falling out a year ago when he accused me of trying to undermine the agency, and I was instructed to “figure it out” by leadership. I’ve worked really hard to get to a better place, but it’s still bad and it makes me hate my job. I’ve expressed my feelings to leadership and was told that he is valuable, and not given any plan. WWYD?
