I get motivated by making sure that I have adequate rest periods between work. When I go home, I make sure to meditate and not take my work problems home. I get a workout in as often as possible and consume content that makes me feel good. Essentially, I pour more back into myself and pump the breaks if I need to with my work stuff.

That a great tip, a healthy work life balance is a good way to stay in the groove for sure!
I won’t say anything profound. But it’s my bills and inflation lol. That’s the motivator right there 😩

Hahah yeah I feel that
I honestly have never felt better than when I am working out. It is a must to get my life together and deal with my stress and achey body. Are you big on moving your body? Even walking for just 30 minutes a day makes a HUGE difference in my mental health!

Awesome tip! Yes, I do like to be active and move around, going to the gym definitely helps stick to a routine and stay focused. Thanks for sharing!
Go slow. Ease back in. I'm trying to leave the fast pace of 2023 behind. I feel like I was always running, always working on 15 different things and always behind. I don't want that stress anymore. I have vowed to work hard but to not stress about what I did not get to. I will catch up at some point and if it's an emergency, I will get it done.

Love that, giving ourselves time and a adjustment period after the last year is almost a must happy to hear your taking it slow and building back up!
I like to keep a picture of my family with me when I work. I know it's simple, but their smiles remind me why I work so hard. I am providing for them every day.
I would say Inflation it's the biggest factor to make ends meet. Thank this current Administration for that not to mention high gas prices high interest rates and rising crime and theft. Jimmy Carter actually is starting to look good after such a long time lol

Yup the rising cost of living and goods for sure is something the motivational 😂
I think that the transition should be slow. It is hard to come back from the holidays and have a bunch of work accumulated. I think once you and other people have accepted that there will be some delay in the responses, you should be able to finish things earlier.
I am where you are right now. I have been so sluggish lately and it's hard to really push through but what has helped me is finding my "why"
Ditto! I really need some advice on this topic as well. I came back from the holiday worn out and I have yet to recover. I am having such a hard time getting motivated or getting my work done. The holidays are gone and everything is so cold and gloomy :( I am feeling very blah lately. Happy New Year everyone!
