Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Would try to get as much internal agency ecpsire to the tech landscape as possible. Not just for a client side leadership role but also to help you move up the ladder past director at an agency.
I’m in a corporate role. Would love to move to agency. I am familiar with the tech and the optimization options within the strategy scope, but I’m not a power user or even a daily user of most programs. At the end of the day, I feel that having a grasp on strategy, any platform can be learned, but it seems that’s hard to get across at the application stage. Unfortunately, there is not opportunity to gain more hands on technical experience in my role. I’ve considered freelancing to gain more experience where my full time role does not allow. That may be my best option.
