Hi Guys,
Can anyone refer me to BCG
TIA
Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.
What do you think about Newfronts?
What are some standard NPP digital tactics ?

Helps to be a minority for sure
Exit opps in general will be better. Can you get there from other firms? Sure. But it'll be easier with MBB on your resume.
Btw I think the move is easier if you come from Deloitte or Booz. Or if you are legacy monitor
Um. No I think it's usually you work at big 4 get an mba and try to go to mbb
No true advantage. It's just a frecking job. I have gone back and forth between service and industry. As long as you have the experience the hiring manager is looking for, they don't care where you come from
As much as some may not agree, exit opps are better. Coming to MBB from B4 isn't easy without bschool first. I know a few BCGers who have come from B4 but all went through business school first.
They are quite biased against Big4 unfortunately. They think we are all dumb
At least for Bain they have very few experienced hires. Generally the pipeline comes either straight from undergrad or straight from MBA. So not likely unless you get an MBA and apply while in school.
He went to EY straight from undergrad
Without an MBA usually.
D1, can you do it after an MBA? For example, let's say I got an MBA, then went to work for Deloitte. Could I then, a couple of years later, move to Bain?
Certainly can be done but it's tough and requires a bit of networking
Or if you truly align to one of their service lines and are well known throughout that specific industry
Can anyone share any experiences if someone successfully went to big 4 to MBB without their MBA?
My buddy who is currently at Deloitte, with an MBA, is waiting get his offer letter from BCG. It can be done.
My friend's friend who worked at EY for a little over a year switched to a MBB. Don't know the details but it can be done
Can't be done!
I've heard if you went to a top 5 (I didn't so doesn't matter to me) it's possible. Also, they are trying to break into the day 1 delivery space rather than top level strategy, so if you have good IMO/SMO skills it could be done.
Besides the salary, what is the real advantage? Exit into industry I don't feel is a big difference.
