IF - cut out breakfast
OMAD - One big meal/dinner around 4/4:30pm
1. Make sure you sleep well every night
2. Institute a fasting protocol (OMAD, 20:4, 16:8)
3. Pair fasting protocol with a diet that works for your body type (Keto, Whole30, Paleo, Atkins, etc...)
4. Walk/Run a couple of miles everyday (make sure you always hit 10,000 steps)
5. Strength train every other day using at home workouts
Skip the fad diets, but definitely get enough sleep and stay hydrated!
Eat less
Literally just this. Stay in a caloric deficit. If possible, build muscle to accelerate fat loss while in deficit.
Eat less run more
Exactly☝️, Sprints are akin to strength training.
Low carb and low sugar diet
Work out and eat better
Oatmeal for dinner when all other meals are as usual
My fitness pal, meal delivery with macros and calories labeled, exercise in morning and mice throughput the day and wear a fitness tracker. But all in all need a calorie deficit
Sit by the pool and take laps in between client calls 🏊

I've been doing IF and only eating between 12-8. I try to eat 2 meals a day, with some snacks in between, so haven't been over eating by any stretch. Also, cooking all of my meals has really helped. The few days we got delivery I felt awful and ended up putting weight back on.
