Is there any hard and fast rule to have atleast 10+ YOE for Associate Consultant designation (C3B)?

Have came across some laterally joining profiles who are able to get C3B having around 6 to 8 YOE as well. How is it possible?

I am btech fresher recently got placement but i got a domain where no coding is required and more of functional work is there . So i want to switch to JAVA . Can you please tell me how should i proceed , in what order and what should i learn and any resources?? I have good knowledge of Core Java and DSA.

Anyone switched from Becker to Wiley and regretted it? I did and though I appreciate the bite-sized lectures, I don't enjoy it as much as Becker. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. Hi all, my friend joined a company in HR dept less than a month ago. He continued to look for better opportunities and now he received a higher position (with higher pay) in a growing startup (200+ employees).
1. He won't be absconding but in case of not serving the NP, he just won't be receiving his experience letter right?
2. He hasn't informed about this current exp. to new company, will the startup find out through pan card link?
3. What's the scenario like if the new company does find out?
