Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Do recruiters ever reply to any of these threads
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

So sorry. A lot of recruiters are afraid to deliver bad news. If you can’t deliver bad news, you shouldn’t choose recruiting as a career path. When I interview for my team, I ask people their process for rejecting candidates. You can tell 5 seconds into their answer which camp they fall in.

At least they aren’t doctors!
I'm surprised that more recruiters haven't replied to this post. Is it something that many aren't aware that they do or if it even matters to the candidates? Or maybe they just don't care.

Not one recruiter has replied. Probably because most have done this one time or another considering how many roles come across their desk over an entire career. But yes, either ashamed or dgaf
I’m so sorry. I’m waiting on final word too. Day 2.
I’ve already moved on as well. Our time will come.
I can’t speak for any other recruiters but I always follow up with final candidates after an offer has been accepted. Not allowed to give detail as to why they were rejected, but encourage them to apply to future roles. At the final stages it’s usually a close call anyway. Honestly, ghosting is a terrible practice and recruiters who do that regularly should be reprimanded.

Yeah I kinda figured. Should I follow up with the recruiter or hiring manager?
Any word OP?

I’m within a two week window still as well. A little over one week if you count the last contact I had with the hiring manager. Is it an agency?
