Being able to see others perspective is important in building your EQ. If you are giving someone feedback, think about how it will be received (emotionally, critically, logically, etc.) and allow yourself to imagine from someone else’s perspective. It may not be logical to you, but you have to be willing and open that not everyone processes it like you do. Recognizing that others perspectives (or how they received information) are just as valid will help incorporate an empathetic approach and not solely analytical approach.
