Trying to become a salesforce administrator, what can I do to make the learning easier asking as a new bee to tech😍

I’m trying to get a rotation in FDD but my partner is worried about temporarily losing resources in our advisory practice. So, what are some things I could learn in FDD that I could bring back to the advisory practice that might convince the partner to let me go on rotation?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. I don’t have much money saved to get myself my own business cards as I’m sure they are important to have, I’ve got all the info that I need to go out and start selling. I guess what I’m looking for is just tips on how you guys were successful walking into a whole new arena if that makes sense?

Is it a mistake to leave PA before I make senior? I’m constantly stressed and don’t think I can make it through another busy season

Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only. Would love to manage in the sales world, and would love to travel on a weekly basis. Any advice or am I aiming for something unrealistic at the moment?

Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

I’m trying to figure out what I’m worth. I’m a director / editor who works directly in-house at an agency. I’ve directed several (roughly one a month) broadcast spots in the last year for a national fast food client and I’ve also edited those spots among editing other random national spots in-between. What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.
