I’m here to validate you and tell you that your situation sounds overwhelming. As CW1 mentioned, this is the hardest job because you are doing so much, however, if you don’t currently have anyone underneath you to relieve some of the weight, that is a problem. I doubt you are the one at fault in it, honestly, and I hope you’re able to staff up properly so you can alleviate some of that stress.
Just want to say I’ve been in that situation and while at those places they make it seem normal for you to wear all those hats, and since you’re probably good at your job you’re able to handle it reasonably well, just know that all of those things should not just be on you. It is not normal. Keep speaking up for them to hire more support for you.
