Filtered Water? I know that’s probably not what you want to hear, but many times artificial sweeteners can trigger sugar cravings.

Maybe try a flavored tea? Usually vanilla makes you feel like you are getting something sweet without any sweetener. I think twinings or celestial seasonings might make a vanilla chamomile
Unsweet Yerba mate or other herbal teas.
Can you have Stevia? Not sure if that impacts blood sugar or not - I thought it didn’t - if you can - I absolutely love the True Lemon/True Lime water powders and Zevia drinks - they powders I can use with 32oz of water and it gives the water great taste without being overly sweet, and the Zevia sodas are great! I’d ask your doctor about them to see if they are ok for you!
Ooo interesting! Looking into this.
Not sure what meds you are on but might want to talk to your endocrinologist about a glp medication if you aren’t already on one. I’m a type 2 diabetic and am on Mounjaro. Has been great for my A1c, I have very slowly lost about 30lbs, and the food noise and sugar cravings are greatly reduced.
I use another brand of continuous glucose monitor, the freestyle Libre 3. Very convenient to check blood sugar and see trends. Highly recommend using one regardless of the brand.
Get some cinnamon sticks to add to your tea. You can chew on them after the tea is done and satisfy any oral fixation you might have too.
