#stepuptothetable is about helping local restaurants who are struggling during these times. I have seen numerous linkedin posts with videos where people challenge each other to step up to the table & buy meals & gift cards from their community restaurants. A great way for those of us who are more fortunate to support business & keep people employed.

What's your degree in?

Yeah, it worked out for you so I wouldn't advise you start on a new career path. If you had 11 years of experience and still making less than a starting salary in many fields, I'd probably advise you to look into how to use your degree to restart your career in a field with upward mobility options. Congrats on your success, you made it. Not everyone is as lucky as you. And OP can't get an MBA like you if they don't have a degree at all. Way to rub it in.

You likely have a lot of accomplishments in your 11 years. Are THEY in your resume, or is it just a list of your tasks? How are you making yourself stand out from all the other applicants who have the same experience?
For example, with medical billing -- did you reduce the time it took for the insurance companies and patients to pay their bills?
