They likely won’t make any changes but it would be good to try to make the non-disparagement clause mutual because it’s likely only your obligation as drafted. Also not a bad idea to ask for more severance and potentially more website time though you probably won’t get beyond what they initially offer.
Depends on the size of the severance and the circumstances. If it was potentially for reasons other than legitimate business reasons, definitely. If not, an employment lawyer could do a quick review for about $500-$1k. Either way, it can’t hurt to ask for more money or staying on longer. Also you should add a neutral reference clause.
