Which companies in Canada are giving remote opportunities in the insurance industry?

Anybody else noticed recruiters are only proactively reaching out about hybrid/on-site roles nowadays?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
So, why are you reaching out to me about jobs in a city 3 hours away that's 100% onsite and w/out even a ReLo?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? My sister told me I gained a lot of face fat during quarantine and that really hurt my feelings. I’ve gained 20 pounds in quarantine but actively try to take care of myself, unlike her.
