Recruiter ghosting? My partner interviewed for a lateral position with a mid-sized firm in mid-December. Went through whole process, multiple interviews, etc. (see below)

Has anyone been fired? How’d you bounce back? How did you approach it when applying for new jobs? I’m legitimately worried I’ll be fired and could use some advice.

I'm thinking of exiting, any suggestion or past experience? I get so many LinkedIn messages from recruiters, are they reliable/effective? Or should I find a recruiter on my own?

01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

Interviewing with a startup and they’d like me to do a presentation on some of the financial processes I am working/ worked on. What is the best way to present this info that I usually do in excel? Would a PowerPoint deck be the best approach with the info or a google Sheet?

Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

Does company ask scheduled interview mail etc when we want to resign and said that i am getting an offer (which is just a word).
How can anyone handle this situation? please reply

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good. At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical.
