Headhunter call is low stakes. Don't be nervous and feel free to ask questions you're genuinely curious about.
No offense, but it seems like they’re not telling you something. You might be amazing, but no one with 1 YOE would report directly to the CEO of a company with $2B revenue.
CEOs get experienced EAs, not ones with 1 YOE

You need to ask whatever you are interested in. This isn’t something you should have other people prepare for you or it won’t sound genuine. What do you want to do? What are you passionate about? What do you want to learn about the company?
As for interviews there is no way anyone can guess what a random unknown company will ask in an interview.
I’ve worked in a role exactly like this with 1 YOE. It’s likely a small team that reports in to the CEO where you’ll be supporting more a more experienced director/VP while still getting significant C-Suite exposure
Very interesting role like M1 mentioned. The pressure is a bit higher, but I think it’s good exposure with very top of the company as you really understand how a business actually functions across every org and all the pieces that interact. It’s also nice because your team can cut through a lot of BS and politics since you’d report to the CEO, and have his implied backing when trying to push initiatives
