Ive been using botox fairly consistently for 10 yrs and m happy with the results. However, for financial reasons Im thinking of taking a break for 12 months to save the extra money.

Will stopping botox for 12 moths undo all the progress I've made? (I am afraid of rapidly aging like the Nazi from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - nightmare fule).

Also, any adfordable akincare products I should use during the 12 months?

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

4 years sober today. So much to reflect on, not least of which how important it is to “get comfortable getting uncomfortable”. In my experience, it’s truly the only way forward.

I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help.
