Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Anyone know where I can buy a mask?

I got fired once and that was how I learned how to handle it in the future. Fear. Fear is my motivator
For me, also shame
I do micro-tasks. Take each task and break it down into three more tasks, etc etc until you have it broken down into 5-10 minute tasks. Every 5-10 minutes take a little break to get up or change the music or make a call or something. See how long you can go and check things off as you go. It's been super helful to me to also set a 30 minute alarm on my watch to drink water (during which I usually get something else done too or stretch my legs). Breaking my day up into small segments is the only thing that works for me lol
Define wasted. I doubt it was a waste of time. I once spent the first 2 days on a proposal paralyzed. Couldn't write a single word on a slide. Got called out on the 0 productivity by the Principal on Day 3, and i asked him for 30mins to turn around a full structure of the client situation + our perspectives.
What he didn't know or realize, was that I had spent almost 36hrs over the 2 days deep in research.
He was amazed at the outlined content and insights!
Point is, we work differently. Some jump straight into production mode. Others go down the research rabbit hole, or even just sit there for hours on end lost in thought about the topic, client, etc., but they come back to the table with value.
If you spent 3 days doing nothing related to the project and was truly slacking without a care in the world, then it's likely that this has nothing to do with ADHD.
Could it be you just needed rest? Could it have been burn out? Depression, or a depressive episode? Is it a toxic environment and your system is just trying to survive and recoup when no-one was around and breathing down your neck?
