Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE

Spelling and grammar
I think every agency should have a monthly award presented to a team for the dumbest idea presented. As a good thing. Maybe even a bonus or gift certificate. Just to keep things fun and pushing limits
-Make jr employees who know what they’re doing not leave for fb/google/twitter/snap/amazon
-Don’t make Sr level employees think that their holding company overlords will never approve a new hire, thus making you afraid to fire an underperformer.
- stop rewarding squeaky wheels with bonuses; start rewarding performance
