[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

You have to be more responsible an train yourself to start an arrive early. In nursing school we couldn't be one minute late or we were sent home. An if you were sent home more than two for tardiness you were cut from the program. Train yourself to be early even just ten to fifteen minutes early you'll find you'll have a more productive an a better day. It's jyst a life lesson is all. You'll get better🥰
What ever happened to personal responsibility? You got a warning for a reason. And, even though you say you learned your lesson, you're whining about it on social media.
You can't expect to be tardy constantly and keep a job. There's a start time for a reason.
I’m aware of that and clearly stated it was hard lesson learned. No need to convey what was already expressed.
It’s good that you’re taking accountability for your actions and not making any excuses or blaming any one else. Like you said, lesson learned, hope you get another job soon and you’ll be an exemplary employee. Good luck🙏🏽🙏🏽
Being on time is a sign of respect in any part of life.
I'm sorry you lost your job. This might be the beginning of self-reflection. Other people's time is just as valuable as mine. Take as a good place to grow. Good luck.
I’m sorry that you were terminated from your position, but this prepares you for when you get a bigger role
Some time things happen to move you in a better direction ex. Like nursing school . Good luck.
I went from a CNA, LPN, RN go for it. It’s a lot of funding out there!!
