What accounts do you work on between a 2nd year audit associate and someone who’s senior associate in big 4? Do you get to work on more complex workpapers? Just trying to gage the difference between someone’s who’s Big 4 and someone who’s worked as a senior at a regional firm?

I am CA FINAL student, i have done most of my internship into audit but post qualification i want to start my career into taxation( direct & international). Any suggestions or recommendation on whether any big 4 will take a fresher.

I am working hard on my theoretical knowledge before interview.

How difficult is it to move between Big 4 M&A Deals Practices (i.e. PwC->EY, KPMG->Deloitte etc.) and when is the best time—financially and otherwise—to make a move post MBA?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

I don’t want to work in audit when I get there. This busy season has really stressed me out. Should I stick it out for this last year or get a job in forensic field now . What was your average YoY salary growth for non-promotional years in big 4 advisory? I got exceeds two years in a row, is 8% annual increase per year too optimistic?

Is it more worth it to go into FDD at a regional firm now, or hope that my current big 4 will transfer me come spring 2021?

I'm kind of in the mindset of only doing FDD at big 4, otherwise I'll go straight to industry. Am I being too down on mid-market FDD experience and the related exit ops?

Also, I can't go the route of doing FDD at a different big 4. Already got rejected by all of them cause I'm not in audit (but have CPA).

Will Google speed up if I tell them I'm in the process with another FAANG? Will it look bad if I tell G I'm advancing elsewhere but don't get the offer elsewhere?

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
