What keeps you at your Big 4 company?
Boston Consulting Group peeps, I have a call with a BCG recruiter tomorrow regarding a role. I want to get ahead of the questions on salary/comp range and title (associate or senior associate?). I have 6 YOE in industry at fortune 100s and now over 1 year at a big 4 firm as a consultant. What comp and title should I be asking for? Many thanks.
Deloitte folks who left for a competitor and were let go in a couple of days. Would they pay you for the 2 weeks notice period? Planning to resign with a 2 week notice, going to another big 4, in a group doing similar work. Wondering if I will be on unpaid 2 weeks holiday, in case D let's me go asap.

They cut our raises and told us to be grateful for our jobs. Can confirm, definitely did not work. I have not found a single analyst or consultant that wants to stay.
Having the same issue in our boutique firm. No bonuses, frozen promotions, no expense account
They’ve give us more work with fewer workers so that’s motivated me to want to die

Oh, and no raises, bonuses or encores(“attaboys” redeemable for $). Though I do feel fortunate that I can complain about those things vs the folks who are out of work and struggling.
Cut out raises and bonuses and switched us to unlimited vacation starting 1/2021 with a 90 day notice to use vacation time or lose it and not be paid out what’s accrued after 12/24.
Yea basically what D1 said. “Be thankful you have a job”.
Ditto what everyone else said. Was planning to stay with EY until Manager, but just got a call from a boutique firm that’ll give a 20% raise and much better work so I’m seeing if I make it through the final interview.
2% raises, working like a charm 🙃

Excessive amount of bonding activities and overload of training opportunities that is just making me wanna tune everything out. A lot of colors, a lot of buzz words.
