What are salary expectations for someone coming into a big 4 firm with prior experience (3 years) and coming in as a Consultant?

How do I negotiate for a higher starting level? I have 5 years of experience and they told me I would be either L4/L5 but now I’m hearing it’s between L3/L4. I love google and I want to work here but I don’t think I could come in at L3. This is for SWE and onsites went very well
