I have been interviewing at a company that I have wanted to work at since I was in undergrad. The issue is that they can’t offer me much more than I’m currently making, but they focus on family and making it affordable to have kids (I’m currently pregnant.) Yes, they know.

Is it worth the change in jobs for a little tiny pay increase (or same wage) but WAY better maternity leave and benefits? I currently only get 4 weeks paid at my current job for maternity leave w/ crappy insurance.

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary.
