What are some good exit opportunities for someone about to be discharged?

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer. I have 5+ YOE as a product owner in M&E and looking to break into the Digital space as a PM. I’ve been applying and interviewing with no luck and multiple rejection as it seems hiring has slowed down. Anyone know of companies hiring? I would love to connect.

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?

Take victories and defeats as equals! Nothing will teach young soldiers more than making mistakes in the heat of battle that almost cost you your life. If you're still breathing, there's something to learn. Listen to it.

Getting into the military helped my feeling of abandonment due to my father's absence. It sounds funny, but being in the military showed me another type of parenthood that I needed.

Many people ask me if we will be getting into a war with Russia. The way things look I think not, even though we are the most powerful military force in the world, a war between two such large forces would only be the destruction of the world.

Why aren't there any vegan options in the military besides a salad? I wish there was a way to improve this. I find myself having to settle on vegetarianism when serving.
