What are some key words I should look for in an interview that tells me to run away from this company?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

How soon do most companies let you know if you're not proceeding to the next round of interviews? Do they let you know within the day, a day after, or a week usually?

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Can anybody offer some insight into each of these/the process?

What companies in India only take about 2-3 rounds of interview? Which companies have the quickest interviewing process in India?

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

didn't pass the loop for an L7 role earlier this month, and i found a good suitable l6 role. One of the interviewers added me on linkedin a few weeks back- is it inappropriate if i reach out to him to say thanks and ask him to put in a word for me with hiring manager for the l6 role?
i don't know y i was not selected, and i think its still worth it to reach out. 1 because i think i did well in the interviews and 2 its saves both of us time - to know if i should pursue further or not. Thoughts?

Need advice on a specific question!
Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

In the current lateral market what is the usual time for hearing a decision after a final round of interviews? For context, final round went really well, it’s not even been a week yet, they thought I was a great fit etc, said they’re expanding and looking to hire someone ASAP. After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). - 2 years at company 1 (resigned to move back to home country)
