I was one of the first people to get a CSR when it first came out - can I downgrade to a CSP and get the CSP bonus? Or how do I take advantage of the 100k CSP signup bonus?

How’s the work life balance situation at Amex for data engineers?

💳Credit card help💳 Starting a new job in two weeks. The new company does not give a corporate card, so I get to pick my own. If things were normal and I was traveling / spending as usual, getting the CSR or AMEX platinum would make sense. But with things the way they are, what should I do? For instance, they contribute half of your contribution up to a maximum of 3%. Before any tax incentives etc.
Interested to see the variances, it seems to be substantial from what I've seen. If it changes with level/seniority, please make that clear as well so we can differentiate between companywide averages and individual circumstances / positioning.
