Root Insurance - I love this company! I think the culture is amazing and the opportunities for growth are great. I am burned out on complex, attorney represented, bodily injury, claims, but I think I would hate claims anywhere I went. A bad day at Root insurance doesn’t hold a candle to a decent day at State Farm. They’re very supportive of work from home, they pride themselves in being a “work from anywhere” company. The pay is competitive, the PTO is generous, and the benefits are pretty good.
I’ve been told smaller companies are the go to for fully remote
Did not know that there were any fully remote insurance companies. I think they all might have some fully remote positions available but these days those are becoming fewer and fewer.
We are 100% remote and work full time in our Zoom office -- giving you the comfort of 100% remote, with the benefits of an office (help whenever you need it, get acquainted with your coworkers, visibility to leadership) - it's a beautiful hybrid. And - as a 1099, YOU set your hours and PTO to meet YOUR needs. We are growing fast and have every intention of staying 100% remote.
Noone pisses me off and no micromanaging
Dxc is fully remote
I know Donegal is a smaller regional company that is fully remote, at least for underwriting. I have not worked there, but I interviewed and the culture seems very good.

Everisse and Clearlink, but honestly, Clearlink has unrealistic expectations outside of OEP and AEP in my opinion
