Where’d you get your MBA? Looking at a 10 course program 30 cr hours for 19,000 USD. The school is AASCB credited. It would be an MBA with a a focus on management and transformational leadership.

Do you still implement reference checks (on top of background checks)? I’m not convinced of the value add to the selection process and it takes a lot of time and resources

Do you think resume past behaviour is really a predator for future behaviour ? To me there has to be more psychological statistic on this to ring true as all work variable differ for each workplace, including performance expectations, tasks and evaluations.

Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions. I recently took a new role (going on 4 months) and I’m struggling to feel connected. I’m an HR team of 2 and my VP and I get along but I’m missing the team environment. I loved my prior company and team and want to go back. I’m worried if I reach out how this will be received. 😬
