What are the internal trailhead tiers at Salesforce ? I know us plebes on the outside can only get up to ranger, but I've heard of double ranger and just saw someone post about being an "all star ranger" on LinkedIn. I kinda want to get myself into the top tier before trying to work there, curious how high the recognition goes?

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).

This would be for L8/L9 level.
