Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization. Even if we get it below 30% ( which we can) not sure it will quickly reflect. I also added him as an authorized user on a high limit credit card I have. Any other suggestions besides trading him in lbs

I just got a new credit card. It came with a Priority Pass membership. I always travel economy, I hardly ever get lounge access. I got excited, until I remembered I can’t travel and lounges are closed anyways. :(

Also, they’re considering turning adding more units by converting commercial space into residential space. Inventory is going to be through the roof for rentals. I’d think that has to ultimately impact home prices.
