Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi All,
I have below offers:
Cognizant: 29(1.5 variable)
Deloitte India: 28(10% variable)
Mindtree: 30(all fixed)
I want to stay for longterm. Which can be a good option considering growth and wlb.
Please suggest 🙏

Cognizant Deloitte India Mindtree Larsen & Toubro Infotech Deloitte Tata Consultancy Accenture
Could anyone kindly tell me about the Investment Management and Private Equity Audit Group at Deloitte? 1. Work Life Balance (Is it worst than the ordinary Big 4 WLB?) 2. Is it an entirely different audit from commercial/retail audits (think account balances etc.) 3. Difficult to learn how to audit clients in this industry without prior experience in the industry?(been doing commercial audits for 3 years) 4. Are there relatively good exit opportunities for this audit group? Deloitte PwC EY

Ownership, being proactive, and seeing the bigger picture. When you're an analyst, you're usually asked to do x number of things - update this, compute this, fix that, etc. For the most part you can swap analysts in and out (to an extent). As an analyst, as long as you do good work or learn from mistakes and become a reliable person to complete work, you're good.
Consultants on the other hand understand how the 5 things an analyst was tasked to do work together to lead to certain deliverable/outcome. Consultants now own workstreams and don't need to be given as much guidance. They can be tasked with interviewing the client SMEs and be trusted to develop a comprehensive and thorough list of questions to obtain the information required (just an example).
If you want to be a Consultant start acting like one. Before asking questions, think of a potential solution and present it that way instead of just "I need help". Start thinking about the project's desire outcome is and ask yourself how your outputs are driving towards that.
Analyst is the doer, consultant creates value out of the work/data done by the analyst
