If you bring a hard copy of your resume in your briefcase or messenger bag it couldn't hurt. Chances are you won't need it, but if it's needed you'll have it. Don't bring coffee, that comes off as casual and reads that you're not taking the process seriously. You don't have to do anything with your hands, just do whatever you do when you assume a professional demeanor.
Agree - don’t bring coffee.
Definitely bring a pad of paper and pen for notes (you may not use it during the interview but good to have and to write notes immediately after).
I always bring a couple copies of my resume and usually my water bottle. I have almost always had someone in the interview who didn't have my resume in front of them. It always helps to bring a couple copies.
I’ve been on panel interviews and don’t believe there is anything wrong with bringing water to an interview. If you’re talking for an hour plus (if you’re chatty like me) without a sip here and there I’d be extremely thirsty. Hydration is important and just because you are in an interview doesn’t mean you need to act like you aren’t human. Also if I’m ever offered water I always accept, it sets the tone that you are human and helps with equal business stature in big meetings too.
