What do you guys write into application forms that require a number for base salary, without shooting yourself in the foot?

CORPDEV professionals - I’d like to do a quick salary survey here if y’all don’t mind as I haven’t found a good place to benchmark salaries. Can you all share your YoE, total comp (base + bonus + equity / stock options), location, and size of company. I’ll go first - 10 YOE, 180K + 20% + $250K in options, Atlanta, and PE backed $100M company. TIA!

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
