Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Onboarding Onboarding Onboarding. Agencies pour money down the drain when they don’t properly train new employees. Then they get rid of them for not knowing what the hell is going on and start all over with another poor person.

AD1 you can ask them specifics to find out. How many of the past few years have shown revenue growth and at what percentage? What happened to margin during that time? What percent of work is retainer vs project? Etc. because you are right... that is a good question! That and - what was the last client review of the agency? :)
