I’m leaving anyway in a few days but I feel really unappreciated. I changed my last date to train the new hire but now I want to stick to my official date which was Friday. Any thoughts?

My manager kept telling me how much he appreciate what I did for the team and he was only expecting less than 30% of what I do for them. I feel like he was lying and they wanted to pay more to get better applicants

8th year associate. Has anyone “made counsel” in the past year and missed out on associate bonuses as a result? I may be promoted this year but I’m honestly afraid I will miss out on market matching bonuses. Counsel comp at my v50 is not bad. But for associates, the firm will match any Cravath/NY bonus, and I’m afraid the individualized nature of counsel comp will result in taking a hit.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. Hi All, How is SAP Hybris projects in DXC Technology. I got an offer from DXC , Years of experience 8.7

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
