What good certifications to have as a Product Manager?

First year (ug level hire) and got email from apple recruiter. Would love to exit to FAANG but not sure I'm ready to leave BCG in my first year but maybe after 2-4. What is best practice?

Currently C level (target promo next summer). Been mostly on finance transformation projects. Worked in strategic finance before that at a f500 healthcare company.
What roles/levels would I be a good candidate for at FAANG/Microsoft/other Big Tech?
No hard technical skills (outside of financial modeling).
I’m also studying for GMAT as t15 MBA is a consideration right now, so I could also try to make the switch after that.

Which platform is more valuable to pursue expertise in, AWS or Azure?

However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

Is there special experience or knowledge you'd need to be effective at a GCD level in Pharma? Or is it like any other account, just different products? I'm considering making the switch from general market advertising.

Please help.. Need your suggestions.

Hey fish, I started recently (within the last year) at post PhD level. I’m thinking about moving into pharma or biotech since I don’t think the ladder in consulting is right for me long term. How long do you need to stay in consulting for before making say 150-200k base in pharma/biotech?

Thank you for creating this bowl! I’m very new to the PM role as I’m trying to transition from management consulting. Just finished all rounds of interviews at Google yesterday for a PM role and not feeling very confident. Hopefully I hear something back in a week or so.

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?
