B12 for sure!! I don’t take any other ones but that’s because I’m lazy and cheap
Thanks! I was taking a B complex but found brand called Free Kind that I’m eyeing. Their vegan multivitamin has vitamin D3, B12 and Omega 3. I may try that out for a bit, I’m so lazy when it comes to taking multiple vitamins!
