Bain & Company Hi All. I am an Energy Engineer and 3 years of experience. I want to switch to a management consultancy because I think I would be a good fit for strategy consulting and want to move into ESG/Climate Financing. I would love to interview with your team if you’re looking to hire someone with this background (happy to share more via DMs).
The purpose of this post is to also ask for referrals so please let me know if I could reach out to you for that. TIA! McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group
Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

This dork doesn’t do any of this
Haven’t heard the word “dork” in a while but it sure fits perfectly 😅
I feel like this sounds like a scene from step brothers 🤣🤣
I remember my interview with this guy! He offered me the job based off my excellent finger painting and prestidigitation. Unfortunately I had to decline because Fozzy Bear is the only clown I will work for! Wocka, Wocka!
This person had two paths in life and I do have to say I'm glad they went with this one instead of serial killer.

I was about to say the same thing. Heard Rainn Wilson's voice in my head as I read it, lol.
And oh, don't you worry, it keeps getting worse...
It’s a joke. Next?
I once had an interview similar to this by a CEO. I ended up getting the job but nearly turned it down because of him, the HR director convinced me it was just an interview style and it’s really a great company to work for…he was wrong and I happily quit after a few months. I’m a top performer and I don’t need to bow to torture for a job when I’m headhunted nearly weekly. An interview is a two way process, when they show you who they are, believe them. Top talent won’t jump through hoops to get hired.

Idk. If true they oddly have my respect and curiosity. Maybe even admiration.

I would if it was female. Can't vibe with male boss like that.

It’s giving buffalo bill. Did he make all candidates apply lotion before or during the interview?
I wonder who pays this tool. They should stop
I think this guy is the head of UPS customer service.
His reasoning at the is not wrong though. Anyone who has managed humans, most skills can be taught but personality is for life.
Sounds like someone with mental issues
