When the lights turn off on you at the client because you haven't moved in a while has to be one of the most depressing things ever.

I burst into tears Friday as I said goodbye to the best TA ever! She is now a kindergarten teacher in another district. It took me an hour to get over it and I know the other teachers and admin thought I was crazy. Change happens.
