What industry exit can i make as a consultant with 5 yrs exp in tech consulting? (Process, reqts gathering, config, testing background).

I’m transitioning into a role where I’ll be more hands on in production. Previously, the producers handled the budget, contracts etc. I haven’t done this in a long while so I hope I could get some answers here to be more prepared

This is a much smaller company so I imagine I’ll have to take on some of that eventually.

What are the standard day rates today for a stylist, photographer, Director, DP, set designer, prop stylist? Are there resources out there I can just look up?
