Loved their past work so much and I’m sad to see they’re devolving.
Lol shots fired

Oof. This hit close to home.

Don't have personal experience on this, but I do know from reading other places that you shouldn't disclose your current salary in negotiations at your new firm. I also wouldn't lie about my salary, I would simply know what I expect at the new firm and disclose that number to them. And be willing to walk if they cannot match it
No. ACN policy is only provides these details; time at company, level and if open for rehire. You should get these details at your exit interview. Your future employer will know the salary package band for the level. I'd suggest keeping your salary range vague and set yourself a minimum acceptable package.
Not sure but I don't think they can provide salary details. They'll ask for a pay stub or tax document. If you really want I guess you could Photoshop it?
^ correct. Don't know ACN policy but ACN1 is right.
I am on visa and had to anyway provide salary slips so I didn't lie
But what if they directly ask you to give them those details? How are you supposed to respond? Also, what would be the best response when they ask what salary you have in mind, after the jump?
Sometimes they will ask for pay stubs to confirm past salary
Your new employer may request your base salary amount directly from ACN. What you negotiate as your new salary is different.
Thanks A3, great info! Do you know if they also indicate how long you've been in each role?
